About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, building strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences. Your role will be to act as a brand ambassador, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel advice, and reservation assistance Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 1-year recent experience in serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support The ability to listen to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations Experience with technology platforms, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a changing environment and prioritize multiple tasks Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box A strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a passion for making a positive impact on clients' lives The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
