From our headquarters to our stores and distribution facilities, we directly drive arenaflex's bottom line by building guest loyalty as the store of choice and taking care of our team members so they can get back to doing what they do best. **As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:** * Interact with guests and negotiate bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. * Provide a arenaflex interaction with credit account holders through treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying diverse account holder segments, and offering suitable possible solutions. Responsible for thoroughly knowing and adhering to all credit guidelines and procedures, account charge terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing credit and collections. * Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling of exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.). * Work in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's challenging and fast-paced, requiring you to prioritize work accordingly. * The core responsibilities of this role are defined within this job description. Job responsibilities may evolve at any time due to business needs. **About You** * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * 1-2 years of prior guest experience or customer service experience * Ability to engage with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
