About the Role We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients. Your exceptional customer service skills, quick thinking, and ability to empathize with consumers will be essential in providing thoughtful, articulate, and appropriate guidance. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound messages, creating ad-hoc responses, and escalating conversations to leadership when needed. Your work will help inform our natural language model, and your accuracy will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations. Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience. Document frequently asked questions to drive continual improvement and add relevancy to canned responses. Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) in response handling, with random audits and quality assurance checks. Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, ensuring efficient and effective communication. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments, with excellent grammatical, spelling, and logic skills. Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with the ability to adapt to new industries and topics. Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence. Comfortability with computers, advanced typing skills, and reliable internet/WiFi connectivity. High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Knowledge of natural language processing and AI-powered conversational outreach strategies, with a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience with streamlining processes and innovating workflows, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and consumers.
