Key Responsibilities Conduct data entry and uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, ensuring timely updates and organization within the platform. Systematically collect and manage data, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized within the platform. Collaborate seamlessly with team members while also exhibiting the capability to work independently, using your exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective communication across various teams. Facilitate effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Identify and lead the entry of projects across multiple functional sites, using your analytical skills to ensure that all data is accurate and comprehensive. Review and input information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Establish and maintain comprehensive project files and logs, using your organizational skills to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and easily accessible. Compile and execute reconciliations as required, using your analytical skills to identify any discrepancies or issues and develop effective solutions.
