About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients and use cases. Your primary responsibility will be to read consumer responses, respond contextually, and categorize them appropriately, ensuring a 98%+ accuracy rate in your responses. If you're a customer service driven individual who is quick on their feet, empathetic, and adept at handling unexpected conversations, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around the product or service, utilizing point and click frequently asked questions canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant to the records industry and vertical. Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience. Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, contributing to the development of our natural language model. Maintain a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, ensuring efficient and effective communication. Participate in quality assurance activities, including random audits to ensure accuracy and excellence in response handling. Essential Qualifications Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and logic. Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with the ability to adapt to new industries and subjects. Professionalism in all interactions, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, high standards of excellence, and perfection. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and responsible, with a strong internet/WiFi connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications College degree or equivalent, with a focus on communications, customer service, or a related field. Experience with natural language processing models and AI-powered conversational outreach strategies. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to adapt to changing landscapes.
