Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our services and programs Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions and support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and note-taking Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including clear speaking, focused listening, and effective note-taking. A friendly and approachable personality is essential, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be available for overtime and flexible with shift bids, as well as able to work independently in a remote setting.
