You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Your primary goal will be to move analysis from the customer, working with critical and engaging conversations to gather valuable insights that will inform our business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer care through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. * Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and skillfully. * Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. * Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers. * Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with our leadership team. * Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures while utilizing customer support tools to maintain accurate records. **Major Capabilities** * **Client Care**: Provide exceptional customer care through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. * **Thing Data**: Cultivate a deep understanding of arenaflex's product catalog to effectively assist customers with product inquiries. * **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer complaints and issues by collaborating with various departments, including operations or product teams, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. * **Demand Management**: Assist customers with order management, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
