Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content creation, email management, and customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience Design and conduct tests to encourage subscribers to share their blithequark platform with family and friends, driving user acquisition and retention Develop and manage our affiliate program, targeting moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, to expand our reach and build strategic partnerships Conduct business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to integrate our platform into their client services Collaborate with colleagues and friends to conduct weekly product research, gathering feedback and insights to inform our product positioning and development Create written materials and images as needed to support customer communications and marketing efforts Work effectively in a remote setting, managing your time and workload to meet deadlines and deliver results Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of the mindset and needs of parents, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
