Job Summary In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on security and cloud solutions. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to identify business opportunities, address technical and compliance concerns, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the growth of our security business, building and expanding relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. Work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and deliver product messaging to highlight our solutions' value proposition using strategies including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports. Attend client sites, conferences, and other relevant events as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 10 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a customer-facing role. Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak fluently and deliver technical presentations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field. Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, identity and access management systems, or SIEM and SOAR). Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, and more).
