As a part of arenaflex's team, you will be working alongside talented individuals who share a passion for creating magical experiences for our customers. **A Day in the Life...** As an Experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the complex functions of arenaflex's legal, security, and information consistency initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting the execution of arenaflex's Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) legal and security review lines * Collaborating with key stakeholders to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new compliance processes * Conducting external information sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants * Managing project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations like GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future initiatives * Providing support to partners and projects on an as-needed basis using client-service skills * Maintaining excellent relational skills, including process streams and documentation * Organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight * Demonstrating detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints **What We Are Looking For...** **Essential Capabilities:** * Ability to help partners and projects on an as-needed basis using client-service skills * Excellent relational skills, including process streams and documentation * Ability to arrange and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight * Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field * Currently enrolled in a certified school/college, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the temporary job program * Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months * Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position * Unrestricted work authorization * Ability to have a predictable, reliable schedule for work throughout the internship * Reliable transportation to/from work **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing communications, or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an Experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our dynamic team.
