**Experienced Customer Development Manager – Grocery, Drug, and Mass Retail Channel**

If you're passionate about health and wellness, and you're looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment, we invite you to join our team. **About the Role:** As an Experienced Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales-related activities for the HEB account, supporting the team with arenaflex's systems (TIM, Osprey), and collaborating with customers to drive growth and success. This is a remote position based in Texas, and you will be working with a range of arenaflex brands, including GOL, Solgar, Vital Proteins, Orgain, and Nuun. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop strategic and winning relationships throughout HEB, with a focus on divisional wins, such as displays, distribution gains, ACV enhancement, and more. * Establish strong working relationships with internal teams, including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service. * Develop a detailed understanding of the customer's go-to-market model, including Category Management strategy. * Deliver target budget plans and new product distribution goals, aligning with arenaflex's brand and category growth strategy. * Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic written sales plans in accordance with corporate goals. * Maintain a clear understanding of customer objectives and liaise with RVP to develop operational plans to manage execution and measure results. * Foster and grow existing and new relationships within the account, gaining a deep understanding of current and potential future needs of our customers. * Educate business partners on arenaflex products, retail goals, and measurement of success. * Deliver customer presentations that demonstrate innovation, shelf positioning, promotions, pricing, and more. * Manage daily business in partnership with customers, including UPC product/item setup, maintenance, logistics, and inventory management. * Sell-in new products and all promotions to qualified retailers, ensuring full-line distribution of products (new and existing items). * Work with customers to implement Retail initiatives and monitor Retail standards. * Ongoing contract management that focuses on strategic alignment and designed to strengthen both the customer and arenaflex's market position. **Responsibilities Continued:** * Work with agencies to input Trade Investment Management (TIM and Osprey): system input, trade fund management, direct sales forecasting, and projection activities for the company. * Strong Trade management/budget processing and an efficiency that focuses on a strong ROI. * Monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency. * P&L management within respective account coverage. **Qualifications and Education:** * At least 2 years of managing large customers is desired, but 5+ years is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. * Sales experience in the Grocery, Drug, and/or Mass retail channel(s) is required. * Experience in consumer goods and Vitamins and supplements is highly preferred. * Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers. * Knowledge regarding Project Management, and experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex, fast-moving environment. * Knowledge regarding relationship management, experience, and mindset to work with partners in building initiatives that deliver on goals. * Strong cross-functional relationships with assigned accounts. * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). **Preferred Skills:** * Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple brands/categories. * High level of organization and time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with data analysis and reporting. **What We Offer:** * Dynamic and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. * Opportunities to work with a range of arenaflex brands and products. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for health and wellness, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
