Key Responsibilities Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to make informed decisions and achieve their goals. Process orders and enter data into our order entry system with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and attention to detail. Track customer packages and provide updates as necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution and customer communication. Candidate Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease and poise. Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance, with a strong foundation in technical skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate, and flexibility during peak times to ensure seamless service delivery. A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including wired, high-speed Internet, a modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a reliable computer system. The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership, with a professional and presentable work environment that reflects our company's values. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a home-based setting.
