About the Role We are looking for a talented and self-driven Customer Service Representative to work part-time nights and weekends in a hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering top-notch service, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-up processes Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring a positive and informative customer experience Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, contributing to the team's overall performance and success Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D.
