Key Responsibilities Provide premium customer service and support to our customers via multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media Assist customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product inquiries Offer product information, website navigation guidance, and general support to customers Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with blithequark Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a food service, retail, or call center setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders A typing speed of 40 WPM, with high accuracy and attention to detail Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, with the ability to hardwire 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Knowledge of the footwear industry or a similar retail sector Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
