We are now seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service experiences to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing timely support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them and promoting long-term loyalty Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and drive customer satisfaction Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy and upholding the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality Work Schedule and Requirements This position is fully remote, and you will be working from home virtually. You will be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. The position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules, with a minimum of two weeks' advance notice. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, and adapt to changing business requirements Submission and passing of a pre-employment drug test to ensure compliance with our company policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with knowledge of industry best practices and standards Experience working in a healthcare environment, with an understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy operations Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer satisfaction Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach to service delivery Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you must possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and concerns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer satisfaction Strong technical skills, with proficiency in computer and web-based tools, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach to service delivery Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
