You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide product information and recommendations to customers * Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to shipping or delivery * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services * Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field * Knowledge of lighting products and technologies * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
