Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products and services Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark Small Business Services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Document vital record data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications Customer care experience (2 years+) preferably for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication Proven track record in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available The active hours for this position are Monday-Sunday 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST Preferred Qualifications Experience buying or selling is an asset to work in a small business This position will work in the hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Edge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually.
