Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Guiding customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience * Addressing and resolving fulfillment issues promptly and effectively * Accurately documenting cases and utilizing internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a self-motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment but also excels at working independently.
