About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients. Your exceptional customer service skills, quick thinking, and ability to empathize with consumers will be essential in providing thoughtful, articulate, and appropriate guidance. You will be responsible for responding to inbound messages, creating ad-hoc responses, and escalating conversations to leadership when needed. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with the records industry and vertical. Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience. Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, adding relevancy to canned responses and maintaining a high standard of excellence. Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling, with a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a strong background in writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments. Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans. Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills. Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliability and responsibility, with a strong internet/WiFi connection and a dedicated workspace. Education and Preferred Qualifications A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a College Degree being a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AI-powered technology and conversational outreach strategies.
