As a remote Contact Center Agent, you will be part of a talented team that shares our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our team to provide seamless support, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities** * Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. * Transfer calls to the appropriate department to ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries. * Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution. * Perform research on billing inquiries and claims to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues. * Act as a liaison between various departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues. * Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using our computer system. * Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved to ensure timely resolution. * Research member/provider billing and claims issues to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues. * Research payment and refund issues to ensure timely resolution. * Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Navigate through automated information systems to analyze customer situations and provide accurate information. * Perform in a fast-paced, changing environment, adapting to new situations and priorities. * Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding. * Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments to ensure seamless support. * Perform other duties as assigned by the management team related to job functions. **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED. * Work experience in a face-to-face or call center environment. * Experience multitasking between programs and completing required data entry of client demographics or client lookup systems while talking to customers. * Work experience using a corporate email system. * Experience navigating through system applications on a desktop computer or laptop. * Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. * Flexibility to work evening and weekends due to business needs. **Preferred Qualifications** * Highly preferred: Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English and either Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish. * Healthcare industry work experience. * Call center experience in a metrics-driven environment. * Previous healthcare work experience interacting with members and/or providers. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $34,091 - $52,000, contingent upon work experience, education, licenses, and certifications. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, incentive and recognition programs, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions. * Opportunity for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Work Environment and Culture** * 100% remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. * Collaborative and supportive team environment, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. * Commitment to employee well-being, with a focus on work-life balance and professional development. **Career Growth Opportunities** * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in performance support, senior agent roles, people leader roles, business analytics, workforce effectiveness, and other areas. * Regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Supportive team environment, with opportunities for mentorship and guidance. **How to Apply** If you are a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
