Your primary responsibilities will include: * Scheduling maintenance and coordinating with the Body Shop to ensure efficient vehicle processing * Serving as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise * Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management, to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process * Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs to minimize downtime and inconvenience to customers * Updating vehicle reputation and tracking repair progress to ensure timely completion * Reordering materials and components as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory * Conducting repair overviews and deliveries to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
