About the Role As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a vital role in driving business success, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hybrid role combines remote work with time in our office, offering a unique blend of flexibility and collaboration. You'll work closely with our store teams to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams : Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences : Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer complaints, and implement process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drive Business Performance : Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to drive sales and profit growth. Supervise and Develop Hourly Associates : Hire, train, and mentor associates, assign duties, and provide recognition to drive associate engagement and retention. Coordinate and Complete Job-Related Activities : Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support business initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure Compliance and Integrity : Implement company policies and procedures, utilize the Open Door Policy, and provide direction on applying company values and standards of ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
