About the Role As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a critical role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store leadership team to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals, while also developing your skills and expertise in retail operations, leadership, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and develop their skills and expertise. Drive Business Results: Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and optimize operational processes to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, resolve customer complaints, and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Develop and Implement Business Solutions: Identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and implement changes to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction. Supervise and Develop Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
