We're committed to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Co-op, Airport Customer Service (ACS) Ground Safety Ergonomics, Health and Wellness Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Airport Customer Service division in adapting infrastructure, technology, and job processes to reduce the Global Injury Rate for the division and the company. Your key responsibilities will include: * Fostering an environment where safety is a core value by providing support, training, accountability, and recognition * Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to reduce the risk of employee injuries and aircraft damages * Supporting project development of large-scale technology initiatives related to Ergonomics * Leading and assisting Ergonomic-related investigations across the system * Supporting day-to-day operations and management of existing programs related to Health and Wellness or Ergonomics * Using data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to digest and interpret injury and behavior data, draw recommendations, seek consensus, and support actions to improve Safety Behaviors * Using Project Management tools to ensure that accurate project plans, investigations, and close-out of safety improvement initiatives are managed effectively * Supporting communications strategy for stakeholder groups to report on project status; collecting and organizing feedback and action items; and providing regular updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and others involved in the project, including executive summaries and formal presentations * Escalating problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution * Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Occupational/Industrial Safety, Biomechanics/Kinesiology, or a related field * Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization * Ability to learn, interpret, and follow a variety of laws, rules, and regulations * Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with minimal supervision, be a self-starter, highly motivated, and collaborative * Strong history of collaboration and teamwork * Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as required * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: * Experience in airport customer service, ergonomics, or a related field * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and project management tools * Certification in Occupational/Industrial Safety or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Co-op, Airport Customer Service (ACS) Ground Safety Ergonomics, Health and Wellness Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and excellence.
