Job Overview In this exciting remote part-time opportunity, you will be reporting directly to a Supervisor or Senior Manager, Consumer Join, and will be responsible for assisting in the consumer reaction across one or more categories. You will collaborate with crew members, friends, and partners across sales and solutions teams to help create innovative customer-first solutions. Your organizational skills will be essential in providing assistance to the Purchaser Connect Team individuals through the introduction and monitoring of trackers and weekly reviews. Key Responsibilities Assist in the improvement and execution of go-platform (linear, virtual, social, and so forth) client reaction, ensuring seamless delivery of customer experiences. Take part in concept generation and help with the advent of pitch substances (RFPs and proactive), leveraging your creative skills to drive innovative solutions. Help coordinate factors of the client response procedure, including timeline, approvals, and many others, to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer experiences. Provide organizational and administrative help to the crew, ensuring the team's success and efficiency. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1-2 years of experience in advertising, sponsorship, promoting, branded entertainment, and/or media experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Docs/Sheets, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic record and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a remote or part-time capacity, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of project management tools and software, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
