Key Responsibilities Process product complaints through queues and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain a positive experience for customers while investigating complaints, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues efficiently. Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company procedures. Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Ensure confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, where you've developed strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
