Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Processing cargo shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and loading cargo, as well as handling customer complaints and issues. * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including cargo manifests, inventory, and customer information. * Collaborating with other teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo operations. * Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. * At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States. * Valid driver's license required. * Basic digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds. * Pass a physical ability test (PAT) and wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While the above qualifications and skills are essential for success in this role, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications and skills: * Previous cargo freight and warehouse operations experience. * Typing/computer skills, with proficiency in cargo management software and systems. * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. * Strong knowledge of cargo regulations, laws, and industry best practices. **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a range of perks to support your career growth and well-being.
