Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of our customers and patients by providing an exceptional omnichannel experience, backed by the latest technology and innovation. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. * Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software. * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling. * Investigating and resolving missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions. * Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed. * Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities. * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed. * Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online. * Essential web search tools skills, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home in a remote setting. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
