**Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment**

We're now seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. **Job Summary:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and clients. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls, responding to patient inquiries, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related issues and special cases. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, utilizing a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficiency in computer software and technology. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
