You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume calls and data entry tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be responsible for performing patient enrollment and data entry tasks, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related issues. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, writing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
