You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process data entry tasks, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat * Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems * Handle high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information * Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve customer complaints * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages * Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Dynamic and supportive work environment * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
