Job Overview This exciting opportunity offers a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments over the first year of employment. As a full-time Work from Home (WFH) representative, you will work a set schedule of 40 hours per week, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades, using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns. Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution. Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance. Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services, ensuring customers understand their options and make informed decisions. Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services, identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. What You Can Expect As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect a competitive hourly salary ranging from $15.54 to $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met.
