Job Overview This exciting opportunity offers a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments: $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after six months, and $1,500 after one year. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of blithequark, creating meaningful connections with customers and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls, addressing billing and payment inquiries, plan changes, and upgrades Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Provide personalized recommendations for blithequark's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with quick access to engage with managers or support teams for assistance Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services as needed What You Can Expect In this full-time work-from-home position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Our Customer Service Representatives earn between $15.54 - $17.36 hourly, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met. Top performers can earn up to $72,114 per year.
