As a call center agent and data entry clerk, you'll be working closely with insurance companies and their clients, providing critical support and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Call Center Agent and Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: Making multiple outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance companies, providing excellent customer service and gathering necessary information. Logging all necessary information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Receiving inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner. Utilizing our software systems to manage customer interactions, update records, and perform data entry tasks. Maintaining a high level of productivity, making at least 100 outbound calls per day, and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of inbound or outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and email applications. Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. A suitable workspace in a quiet area, with a reliable computer and internet connection. The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate self-motivation and discipline. Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Previous experience working in the insurance industry or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
