**Experienced Business Development & Support Professional – Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist**

We're committed to making a positive impact on our customers' lives and building long-term relationships that are built on trust, respect, and mutual benefit. **Responsibilities** As a Business Development & Support Professional, you will be responsible for: ### Business Development * Engaging leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, social media, and qualifying them to close sales * Updating leads in our CRM to keep the team informed about their interests * Sharing opportunities for growth with team leaders * Completing daily tasks assigned to you * Participating in tasks assigned to you in our team boards ### Business Support * Providing exceptional customer support via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media * Assigning, updating, and labeling support tickets correctly * Following standard operating procedures and encouraging new ideas to improve our business practices ### Graphic Design & Digital Marketing * Transforming raw footage into engaging ads, adding audio voiceovers, and video editing * Managing and organizing raw footage for content creation * Learning to use AI tools like Midjourney to create realistic images * Following guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements ### Email Campaigns & Design * Designing and implementing email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns * Collaborating on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts ### Landing Page Creation * Helping create landing pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience * Making small tweaks on pages to convert visitors into customers **Tools & Technology** You will be using a range of tools and technologies, including: * Microsoft Teams & Other Microsoft/Google Products * Click Up * Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk) * Intercom (Chat) * Shopify * Adobe Creative Cloud * Figma While experience with these tools is a plus, we have training programs in place to ensure you're up to speed quickly. **Qualifications & Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * More than 2 years of experience in BPO * Proficiency with the tools and technologies listed above * A pleasant and people-oriented personality * Backgrounds in sales We're looking for someone who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts, per week.
