As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As an On-Call Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and live chat messages from potential and current customers during U.S. business hours. Your primary duties will include: * Answering inbound phone calls and responding to live chats from clients * Guiding clients on customization options, lead times, materials, and order status * Representing our brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism * Escalating complex requests to our internal team (you won't be responsible for detailed logistics) * Maintaining customer logs or Zendesk ticket updates when calls/chats occur **Working Hours** As an On-Call Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (USA). Some weekend availability may be expected on a flexible or rotating basis. You must be online, responsive, and ready to answer calls and chats, but will only be paid for active time during customer interactions. **Pay Structure** As an On-Call Customer Service Representative, you'll be compensated only for active customer interactions. We can track time based on logged calls, live chat transcripts, or Zendesk tickets.
