Job Overview The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support and insights to drive business growth and optimization. This cross-functional position will collaborate with various key stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development, Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing, to provide expert analysis and recommendations on client investment spend, business arrangements, supply chain, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to inform business decisions and drive optimal outcomes. Design and execute pilot programs, leveraging testing methodologies such as A/B testing to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and update business tools and models, such as BPM or Course Planning, to ensure alignment with business requirements and drive process efficiency. Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and develop solutions to address these issues and improve overall performance. Proactively analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, and provide recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop business tools and models that drive financial targets and improve value chain capabilities. Develop business cases and models based on known data sets and business needs, and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required. Prepare executive summaries and presentations to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Perform other related and assigned duties as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation. Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly desirable. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities. Strong data education and information perception skills, with experience using tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement and ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders. Strong change management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. Statistical analysis using R or similar tools. Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. Experience with SharePoint. Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes. Project management or service experience.
