Our flexible schedule allows you to create a schedule that suits your needs and preferences. **Schedule** Our flexible schedule is available between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You can choose the hours that work best for you and create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. **Skills Needed** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Comparable Accounting Software**: You should have experience working with accounting software and be proficient in QuickBooks Online or comparable software. * **Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise**: You should have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks. * **Customer Service Experience**: You should have experience providing customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. * **Tech Savvy**: You should be comfortable using technology and have strong computer skills. * **Communication Skills**: You should be able to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor. **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure your success in this role, you will need: * **Quiet, Uninterrupted Space**: You will need a quiet and uninterrupted space to work from home. * **Organized Desk Area**: You will need an organized desk area to keep your work materials and equipment. **Technology Requirements** To perform your duties, you will need: * **Personal Computer**: You will need a personal computer (no tablet) with a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet). * **Broadband Internet Connection**: You will need a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: You will need a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system. * **Valid Antivirus Software**: You will need valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date. * **Wired USB Headset with Microphone**: You will need a wired USB headset with microphone. **Important Information** To participate in this program, you must: * **Live and Work in the United States**: You must live and work in the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington. * **Pass a Criminal Background Check**: You must successfully pass a criminal background check. * **Agree to Contractual Relationship**: You must agree to a contractual relationship with blithequark, which means you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
