You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Completing daily access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate and take initiative * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance Preferred qualifications include: * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-inspire with robust employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Career growth opportunities within the company * A supportive and collaborative work environment * Flexible work arrangements to balance your work and personal life * Competitive compensation and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
