About the Role In this critical position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, and providing exceptional support and care to individuals with diverse needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their concerns, and provide personalized solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving support ticket transactions, performing administrative functions, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service oriented approach and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities. Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes. Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of program rules and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, ensuring that you can respond to customer service inquiries with confidence and accuracy. Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication. 6-month call center experience preferred, or 1-year customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and care to customers. Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities, with a strong commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate support. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
