Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Document interactions for auditing purposes. Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote arenaflex products, services, and events to clients. Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish.
