About the Role: Seasonal Customer Service Representative – Remote We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service support to our clients' customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. This is a seasonal position, but it could lead to long-term opportunities for the right candidate. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends A high school diploma or GED equivalent A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Technical Requirements: To work remotely for arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: A desktop or laptop computer (no Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, or mobile phones) Operating System: Windows 10 or higher RAM: 8GB or higher Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (no Satellite or Wireless/Hotspots) Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What's in it for You: At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
