About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in Denver and Los Angeles. As the face of arenaflex, you will deliver superior service to our premium customers, acting as an ambassador of the brand. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and innovative manner. Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance. Accommodating the needs of our customers by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred. Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight customers with every interaction. Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction with the service received. Utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations. Resourcefulness and capability to use the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment. Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient. Preferred Qualifications Travel reservation experience is a plus, with the ability to provide expert travel consultations and recommendations. Experience working in a premium lounge or hospitality environment, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
