About the Role As a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a diverse team that's united by a shared passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion. We're looking for individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
