About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients via incoming and outgoing calls and/or internet interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve common problems and answer questions related to our clients' products and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
