As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our customers via high-volume inbound phone calls, delivering clear and accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures. Position Details Start Date: Monday, July 28 Part-Time Hours: 16 hours per week Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer support via high-volume inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Delivering clear and accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers have a thorough understanding of our offerings Exhibiting empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction, providing personalized support and ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining digital records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written): You must be able to communicate effectively with customers in both languages, providing clear and accurate information and responding to customer inquiries Resident of New York State: You must be a resident of New York State, with a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available): You must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with no sponsorship available Able to provide 1–2 professional references: You must be able to provide professional references, demonstrating your previous experience and skills in customer support Available to begin Monday, July 28: You must be available to start on Monday, July 28, with a commitment to completing the training schedule and working the assigned part-time hours Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and accurate information and responding to customer inquiries Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: You must be able to analyze customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You must be able to work in a high-volume call center environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills: You must be able to accurately document customer interactions and maintain digital records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
