Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will be responsible for problem-solving, answering questions, and personalizing the experience for each caller. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with questions, confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leaders, navigating multiple systems and screens Troubleshoot technical problems, partnering with IT when needed, and maintain the necessary system requirements Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. A strong technical aptitude, with experience navigating multiple systems and screens, is also essential.
