Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote Work Opportunity with arenaflex - French and English Language Support

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, which in this case is French and English. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: The ability to speak fluent French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
