You'll be part of a high-volume contact center that handles millions of contacts annually, working closely with customers, stores, and associates to resolve issues and answer questions. Your ability to communicate professionally in English and Spanish will be essential in providing best-in-class service to our diverse customer base. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates * Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues * Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction * Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions * Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality in all interactions **Requirements** * Bilingual - English and Spanish * Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM * Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * High school diploma or GED * Successful completion of mandatory training * Customer service experience * Preferred - 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment * Preferred - 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment * Proficiency in computer processing/data entry software * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home in approved states (AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MO, MS, NE, NM, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WY) * 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities * Rotating shifts to accommodate different schedules and needs * Collaborative and dynamic team environment that values growth and development **Compensation and Benefits** * $16.00 per hour * Work from home opportunity with a stable and secure work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for languages, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
