**Experienced Customer Service Manager – Front End Operations and Customer Experience**

You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail, improving millions of lives around the world. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coordinating Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving customer loyalty. You'll ensure compliance with arenaflex programs while maintaining operational standards. If you're a customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, and theft prevention. * Handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required. * Monitor all Front End associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers. * Provide training to Associates on systems and arenaflex procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols. * Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions and assist with the correction of errors where required, providing approvals, and verifying processes to meet arenaflex guidelines. * Ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including Cashiers deactivating, Greeters handling issues appropriately, and completing "Failure to Deactivate" Logs. * Prepare registers for opening and closing daily and support cashiers by providing change as needed, while maintaining front-end cash levels and supporting process by completing audits on register accuracy. * Oversee and promote all arenaflex sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs. **Essential Qualifications** * Age: 16 or older * High school diploma or equivalent required * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a related industry * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer loyalty * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a related industry * Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success * Knowledge of arenaflex programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs * Experience with EAS systems and point-of-sale systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
